Everyone needs a yacht in the their lives, even if it’s a small 35fter. Well it’s not entirely mine, family owned project. But hey ho, still cool to say I’ve got a yacht. It’s an old Camper & Nicholson 35. We ripped the old girl out completely. Redid all the services, water and electrical. Then the task was to clad her inside with beauty. We chose American black walnut for the timber. The doors were all made on site (turkey) out of solid walnut and a ply panel within their frames. It’s a very interesting thing trying to get things square, level, flat or just to look right, inside the round belly of the old girl. Anyway, I’ll put some pics up of progress…
